Our nursing, midwifery and AHP strategy
In 2022 we developed a new nursing, midwifery and allied health professional strategy.
Created in partnership with nursing, midwifery and allied health professional members of the organisation’s non-medical clinical council with the enthusiasm and engagement our teams are renowned for, it builds on the Trust’s First for patients, staff and the future strategy as a framework for our ambitions over the next five years.
This document sets out our intentions for improving care, developing our workforce and addressing some of the key challenges our professions face.
