Why become a VOICE member?

  • An opportunity to make a real difference to the experience of patients and their loved ones

Time commitment

  • Members are required to sign up for a term of 1 year, at the end of which time there is the opportunity to apply for a second term
  • VOICE meetings will be held quarterly, supplemented by regular role-specific meetings. Members are expected to commit at least 4 hours per month to VOICE-related tasks. Specific roles such as the New Healthcare Facility require additional time commitment.

  • The ability to remain impartial when collecting feedback or market research
