Butterfly Garden

The Butterfly Garden at West Suffolk Hospital provides a dedicated space to allow for privacy and time for patients in the last days and weeks of life, alongside family and friends.

The garden is designed so that it is easily accessible for patients in wheelchairs. The garden can also be a quiet place for bereaved relatives and friends to spend time in, and for special occasions such as weddings.

This facility is the result of the generous donations of our community through our Trust charity, My WiSH Charity.

If you or a loved one is staying in the West Suffolk Hospital and would like to make us of the Butterfly Garden, please speak to a member of staff.
