Before you begin

Please ensure you have registered your project with the QI team using the expression of interest form via Hornbill.

Registering ensures your work is recognised across the organisation, you have access to LifeQI (the improvement platform you will record your QI work and access tools from) and enables the QI team to support, guide, and track improvement activity.
