You can get in touch with a midwife at any time of day or night if you need help, advice or support. Please do not delay in seeking advice.

This line can be used for:
- Urgent pregnancy or postnatal concerns
- You think you might be in labour
- Non-urgent advice
- Administration or appointment changes
We kindly ask that you try to keep phone calls about administrative queries or appointment changes to within office hours.
You can access emergency mental health support by calling 111 and selecting ‘option 2’. This service is available both day and night.
