Tracy returned to West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust in September 2024 as a non-executive director and member of the Trust Board with specialist interest in and responsibility for:
- chair of the involvement committee
- member of the audit committee
- member of the remuneration committee
- member of the improvement committee.
Tracy is the former chief executive of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to this, she held the position of chief officer of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group and other director-level roles in commissioning and acute organisations.
Tracy has qualifications in radiography, a master’s degree and management qualification from the Institute for Health Service Management. Tracy is also the chair of the Eastern Academic Health Service Network (AHSN).
