Welcome to the application form for the West Suffolk mutually agreed resignation scheme (MARS).

MARS is a voluntary programme where an employee can agree with their employer to leave their role in return for a severance payment.

You will be asked to confirm you’ve read the full guidance and discussed your intention to apply with your line manager before you can submit your application.
