Changes to services from 1 November 2020

Our pathology services are provided by North East Essex and Suffolk Pathology Services, which is a partnership of Ipswich, Colchester and West Suffolk hospitals.

From November 1, the joint partnership will end and pathology services will instead be run directly by the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. Services for GPs in the west will continue to be provided from the laboratories at the West Suffolk Hospital or through appropriate specialist partners.
