Test results
- Laboratory results: Numerical results are visible, excluding tumor markers. Other lab reports, such as interpretations, are not available.
- Radiology reports: Visible with a three-week delay.
- Pathology reports: Also visible with a three-week delay.
Health records
- Allergy information: View your allergy details.
- Procedures: Information about procedures is available, though some dates may be missing.
- Documents: Access clinic letters and inpatient discharge summaries from February 12, 2018, onward. Emergency department discharge summaries are excluded. Obstetric ultrasound reports are also available.
- Notes: Includes Maternity Booking Notes, Ongoing Assessment Notes, Antenatal Discharge Info, and Postnatal Discharge Info.
Appointments and messaging
- Upcoming appointments: View details such as date, time, and location, with the option to confirm your appointment.
- Important messages: Receive key updates and messages from the Trust.
Health questionnaires
- Health questionnaires: We may send you forms or questionnaires to fill in before or after your appointment. These will either be sent by email or shown in the portal, depending on the type of appointment.
