Join us for an afternoon of practical advice and support to help you stay healthy, active and independent as you age.
Frailty is not an inevitable part of ageing, and there is growing evidence that simple lifestyle changes can help people maintain their independence, health and quality of life for longer. This event aims to empower local residents with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to age well and reduce their risk of frailty.
