Services we provide
- Outpatient service - you will need a referral from your GP or consultant to access this service, which runs clinics at West Suffolk Hospital and at outreach locations across the west of Suffolk.
- Inpatient service - as an inpatient you may be seen by one of the ward physiotherapists, to help with your recovery. The type and amount of physiotherapy will depend on your condition and any rehabilitation goals you may have.
- Self-referral to our services is not possible. However, self-referral can be made with our partners at the Care Coordination Centre for community and home visits, and with Allied Health Professionals Suffolk (AHPS) for musculoskeletal conditions and pelvic physiotherapy.
