Breast surgery

Breast surgery is a surgical specialty that involves the management of disorders of the breast and the surrounding area. Breast surgery may be carried out to diagnose and remove cancerous tumours from the breast, some benign diseases of the breast and to provide reconstruction following removal of the breast.

The Newmarket Breast Cancer Support Group meets on the second Thursday of every month at 7.30pm in the Community Room, Tesco Superstore, Fordham Road, Newmarket, CB8 0LN
