People and communities are important to us because they help us improve all aspects of health care, including patient safety, patient experience and health outcomes – giving people the power to live healthier lives.

VOICE is a group of patient, carer and public representatives which works closely with the patient experience team and staff across the Trust to make improvements to our services.

VOICE members play an important role in contributing to decisions about service changes and developments, including connecting with minority groups and existing community associations.

Members volunteer their time to assist with quality improvement projects and in engaging with our patients and local community to determine what matters most to them. They are real assets to the organisation and offer invaluable support to our staff.

If you would like to join VOICE, please complete our expression of interest form below.
