The 2011 staff survey results report for the West Suffolk Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is available as a summary report|. In previous years the Trust has used local questions to determine the effectiveness of the Patients First programme, as the programme is currently being updated it was decided not to use these questions in the 2011 survey. Questions based on the updated programme will be reintroduced in the 2012 survey.
