Welcome to the Health Records and Outpatients Department

The Health Records and Outpatients department is a diverse union of elements, with each related to a unique set of functions that support Trust objectives and, ultimately, patient care.

The Health Records Department consists of three main elements: the Health Records Library| , Clinical Coding| and the Telephone Appointments Centre| .

The department is also responsible for a number of other functions: Medico-legal|Document Image Processing (D.I.P)|Child Protection| and Deceased Records| .

The Health Records Department is managed by Debs Ward, who is also responsible for the Outpatient Department| .
