Medical

Consultants: There are four substantive in post and an Associate Specialist and one senior vacancies on the senior roster all partake in a one in six roster.

Middle Grade: There is 24 hour middle grade presence with one SpR and clinical fellows. The aim is to substantially increase and sustain the middle grade numbers.

Junior Staff: One FY1, three FY2, six ST1 GP, and one ACCS post.

Emergency Nurse Practitioner

Seven ENP’s are trained and currently deal with the See & Treat stream or Triage category four patients. They provide cover from 0800 to 2100 daily.

Nursing

There is a Clinical Nurse Manager leading a dedicated team of 5WTE Band seven, 21.7WTE Band six, 7.6WTE Band five, 5.6WTE Band two and 1 WTE professional development Nurse .

Reception

There are 8.4WTE  reception staff.

Portering

The dedicated in-department porter is supplemented by additional hospital general porters.

Administrative

One administrator and one department secretary complete the team.
