Risk Management, including Health & Safety
The Risk Office provides health, safety and risk management advice and training to all departments within the Trust. This includes workplace inspections, the management and control of substances hazardous to health (COSHH), risk assessments and incident reporting. All incident reports are collected by the Risk Office where they are entered onto the Trust incident database. This information is reported to managers and committees/groups for review; identifying trends and issues and ensuring effective learning takes place. The Risk Office manages the Trust’s risk register, which is populated with risk assessments rated as medium or high risk from wards and departments.
The Risk Office can offer advice and training on most topics relating to risk, safety and health.
