Corporate Governance

Corporate Governance is the system by which an organisation is directed and controlled, at its most senior levels, in order to achieve its objectives and meet the necessary standards of accountability and probity.

The Trust has developed an accountability structure from the Board to directorates in order to delivery these responsibilities. This framework ensures effective management and appropriate reporting (assurance) and escalation to the Board and its subcommittees.
