Claims and Litigation
All clinical negligence, personal injury and property insurance claims are managed, on behalf of the Chief Executive, by the Litigation Manager.
The Litigation Manager is responsible for liaising with claimants, solicitors, insurance companies, Regional Medico-Legal Service, National Health Service Litigation Authority and any staff required to assist with claims investigations.
The claims management process is closely linked with complaints, incident reporting and root cause analysis investigations.
